While working for DMC Engineering, we took the 90-person office on a multi-location Ferris Bueller’s Day Off tour of Chicago. Packed into luxury buses, we toured Wrigley Field, visited the animals at Lincoln Park Zoo, and had a scavenger hunt/photo contest at The Art Institute of Chicago.
Getting the employees out of the office ignites new conversations and reenergizes them to see their projects with refreshed minds.
